Body vs. Shirt: Choose a size whose shirt chest measurement has at least body chest + 6–10 cm of ease (tight = +6–8 cm, normal = +8–10 cm).
Between two sizes? Take one size larger for layering or athletic shoulders.
Sleeve Length: Sleeve end should cover the wrist without extending over the base of the thumb.

Chest: Measure across the fullest part of the chest/back with a measuring tape, breathe normally.
Shoulder: Straight line from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across the back.
Length: From the highest point of the shoulder to the desired hem.
Sleeve: From the shoulder tip to the wrist with a slightly bent arm.
