Body vs. Shirt: Choose a size whose shirt chest measurement has at least body chest + 6–10 cm of ease (tight = +6–8 cm, normal = +8–10 cm).

Sleeve Length: Sleeve end should cover the wrist without extending over the base of the thumb.

Shoulder: Straight line from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across the back.
Length: From the highest point of the shoulder to the desired hem.
