  1. Stand barefoot on a flat sheet of paper and trace the complete outline of your foot.
  2. Measure the length from the tip of your toes to the back edge of the foot outline using a ruler.
  3. Make sure to hold the ruler straight and not apply pressure.
  4. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement for size selection.
